We follow a TQM system to maintain high quality of our products. Our range of furniture is manufactured using A-grade raw materials, thus, lending the final products the much needed strength and durability. The quality of our furniture is tested on various parameters like Durability, Comfort, Surface, Finish, etc.

We follow a stringent quality check processes, where each stage, right from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of the final products is thoroughly monitored by a team of quality inspectors. These professionals have an eye for detail; they seperate the faulty pieces and dispatch only the flawless products for sale into the market.

Infrastructure

The company has two fully furnished facilities at Daman and Rourkee with the building spread at 80000 sqft + 45000 sqft. The latest manufacturing machines as well as advanced testing amenities have been installed, which operate as per industry recommended standards.

The machineries & equipment sections include pipe section, press shop, weld shop, testing section, tool room, tube part shop, PU/upholstery shop, and assembly unit. The machines are maintained on a regular basis in order to maintain their efficiency.

Handled by trained professionals, our production capacity exceeds 10000 chairs a month.
